New Sock
Can you believe, another pair of socks!
I found this new yarn in its shipping sack at my LYS and had to wait for the yarns to be entered into inventory. Trekking pro natura, 75% wool, 25% bamboo; color 1601. There is a green ball waiting for me tonight, hopefully it is not sold.
This picture shows the color more correctly. Sock knitting is SOOOOOO addictive!
My sewing machine is now working, I stitched the steeks for my Giant Latvian Mitten Cardigan. I will be doing the 3-needle bind off on the shoulders and picking up stitches for the first sleeve at Knit Night tonight.

You mean Ye Olde UFO Giant Latvian Mitten Cardigan??? My kit is still in its box waiting for me to learn to knit Meg Swansen-style.

Beautiful Chery...with the close up you can see the stitches very well and you are a master sock knitter! I love the colors too. I can't wait to see the sweater when you have it finished. My needles are resting while I am working on quilts. Hand piecing and hand quilting don't make for quick turn around, so that's where knitting comes in! I can see real progress, sometimes real fast...hahaha Take care
